The villa is located in an area with a lot of privacy and has 400 square meters of surface and a capacity for 9 people with 5 rooms of which 4 doubles and one single, the bathrooms are 5 and some with bathtubs. The comfort of the villa is spectacular and you will quickly feel at home. From the interior living room, with sofas and dining area, you can access the magnificent terrace where there is a splendid relaxation area completely covered and overlooking the pool. From this area you can directly access the pool area via stairs and thus enjoy the solarium area fully equipped with sun loungers and parasols and its fantastic pool surrounded by trees that guarantee relaxation and maximum discretion. Always outside, on the edge of the pool there is a covered kitchen-dining area where you can organize a meal or a barbecue. The villa has private parking.

Very close to Villa Esmeralda is the Marivent Palace: a spectacular building overlooking the bay of Palma that was donated to the government after the death of its owner. Currently the estate has become the summer residence of the Spanish monarchy. Strolling through its gardens made up of more than 40 native plant species, you can find 12 bronze sculptures created by Joan Mirò. Cas Català is an eminently residential town, very well-kept and quite calm, made up of single-family residences, apartments and some good hotels with sea views. In addition, Cas Català has a charming sandy beach, where you can enjoy a serene sea and splendid views. In the vicinity is also the marina of Cala Nova, where sailing fans flock.
